How to Manifest the Life of Your Dreams
Sunday, January 31st, 2010Have you ever felt things in your life were not quite right? Have you ever wanted to change something but did not know how? Have you ever decided ‘enough is enough’ and willed the power to make the changes you need to make, but it just didn’t work out?
There is a shift happening right now and you are not alone.
Now is the time to claim back your power and change your life where it counts. The question is: Are you ready to accept responsibility for your own life?
I imagine you are ready, and this is why you have manifested this article today. So, what is the most effective way to change your destiny and the details of your life? Personal transformation is a deep and profound science of consciousness that has captivated the minds of great philosophers and sages throughout time, but it is not reserved only for them. The secrets of conscious reality creation can be learned and mastered by anyone who is willing to realize their own power, change things where they matter most and stop wasting their time on distractions.
The truth is this: you are already a creator. You already have manifested the world you perceive around you now. As consciousness, you are a creator of vibrations, thoughts, feelings, images, attitudes, beliefs, ideas and perceptions. Look around you…that is YOUR creation – that is your personal world and no one else will ever experience your world.
Your world is NOT a coincidence or an accidental happening that you are victim of!
It is your own personal creation based upon your level of consciousness and, more specifically, the prevailing thoughts, feelings, attitudes you hold within you throughout the day.
The manifested world, your life, is a perfect reflection of your values, whether conditioned or innate. What are your values? Your values are simply what you value – what you consider important, precious and hold dear to your heart. Some value money, some value time, some value being in charge, some value being free of responsibility. What are your values?
Looking around my own life right now, I see direct evidence of how what I value within me has manifested in the ‘outside world’. Firstly, my eyes are drawn to a brand new top-of-the-line macbook pro laptop which arrived yesterday and I am using it to write this now. This computer signifies my love of quality technology and not settling for less than the best when it comes to the tools I use. Next, I notice the time. It’s dark, it’s early in the morning and I have spent the early hours when most people are asleep mediating and writing – a reflection of my sincere love of silence, contemplation, the experience of Divine peace and Grace. For me, waking early is a sign that I value the linage of yogis who would always awaken for this special time to meditate and enjoy ‘amrit vela’ – the early morning hours of nectar. I deeply value this time and, therefore, adjust my life so I am able to waken at this hour fresh and alert.
And where am I physically? The world I see is like a fairy garden, a beautiful flower-filled place with views of mountains and the ocean. I am living in Kauai, considered the Garden Island of the Hawaiian islands and known as the most spiritual island in Hawaii, the crown chakra of Hawaii. So, what does it mean that I live on this island, in the most beautiful and lush part of the island? It is a sign of my love of nature, of purity and beauty. For someone else it signify that they have made enough money to retire in Hawaii as each one’s reality is their own and for others here, they may have been born here and yet do not actually ’see’ the beauty, being to preoccupied with other interests and desires for travel.
Remember, the world is only based on perception, so no two people can ’see’ the same thing. Even in adverse poverty, a sage may perceive beauty and wonder from an inner state of freedom and peace, where as someone who was born and raised in Hawaii may experience a life of depression and complaints, despite being confronted with beauty every day.
Look around you and see your own creations. Your own list of manifestations could go on and on to include all details of life, food, relationships, cash flow, clothes, health etc.
All of these are direct mirrors of the beliefs and attitudes based upon our prevailing level of consciousness. Nothing is random or just lingering unawares. Every aspect is significant and considered.
So, what does this mean for you as a creator of your own life?
It means it’s time to FULLY accept your own power! Claim back your life and don’t play a victim any more! You are the only one to blame for everything that is happening and has happened. Release complaints and victim consciousness and become fully present with your own creations.
If you are ready to make real shifts in your life then focus upon examining your beliefs and attitudes. What do you believe about yourself and your life? Study your creation and see what you can learn about yourself and where you need to change. Realize your own power, and from that state of strength you will begin to see the changes occur as a result.
We have to realize deeply that everything manifested today was first created with the stuff that dreams are made of, subtle energy in the form of ideas, feelings, visions, attitudes. All of this is as real if not more real than the shadow it casts.
Practical things to do now if you are ready to change:
Focus upon the reality, not it’s shadow. Change the form of that invisible world and you will see magic. Your life is in your hands alone, so know who you are and what you need to do. Release the idea that anyone except you is in control of our life and enjoy yourself as the artist and creator of your destiny.
Spend the last 5 minutes of the day and the first 10 minutes of the day visualizing and experiencing what you actually want. Do this for FUN. Do it for the joy of it without expectation and make sure you FEEL fulfilled and happy. Experience details, colors, scents, textures and sounds. Make it as real as you can and enjoy yourself.
Do this every day and you will see wonders happen – but remember to continue to do it, and do it for fun. The reason it does not work is because people have high expectations of the outcome and then give up before it manifests.
Don’t give up and lose hope. Do it for fun, for the sheer joy of it, as you have fond memories and daydreams, and you will witness transformations. You are the world you see, so choose to see the world in a way that brings you joy.

Tools to Discover Your Self
Friday, July 17th, 2009Knowing oneself is not a little thing! There are layers and layers: the small Self (ego), the big Self (eternal consciousness), and within all this is the personality, body and your personal dharma or mission.
It’s not surprising how confused people have become when all these things are happening at once. However, when we come to identify with who we really are and be freed from what we are, not everything is simple and wonderful.
The tools below are mainly focusing on what you have to ‘deal with’. If you understand the natural tendencies of your personality and how you function as a human being, then your experience of life will become much more balanced and pleasant. These tools may not lead you to enlightenment (non-linear, pure consciousness outside of all forms and limitations), but they WILL help you to have compassion for yourself, your tendencies and how best to navigate life with whatever karma you have accumulated.
I have found this extremely useful, and it has allowed me to settle back into my dharmic path much quicker and easier than if I had not studied this.
You will learn that it’s OK to be different and to be in alignment with YOUR energies and not feel the need to conform to others. The more you understand how YOU work best in the world, the easier it will be to make use of your specialties, rather than hiding them.
Be free, be who you were born to be and love every moment of it!
Personal DNA
Useful tool to learn about your ‘personality’ – how you operate, what you need to function well.
Kolbe
Well-known system to discover how you operate well in relation to your productivity. You can learn what your strengths and weaknesses are, to your advantage and do more of what you love and succeed.
Human Design
A very in-depth system that can tell you how to find your perfect balance. Covers pretty much all aspects of your life. Without going into much detail, you can discover your basic ‘type’ which, in itself, is extremely useful to know how to utilize your time and skills best. I have found this especially helpful.

Discover what ONLY you can do
Thursday, January 15th, 2009Times are changing and you have something to do now. Something that only you know how to do. Something that only you know the significance of. It may appear small or big to others – but by doing this, you will free up space within you to allow the great grace of life to pour reservoirs through the cracked, dust-filled valleys of your soul.
Take the time you need to discover what it is that you have to do – that only you can do. This may be as simple as stopping to smell the flowers as you walk or breathing in the breath of God as you work – whatever it is it has to be done NOW! For only then will the true nourishment you seek be delivered into your life.
No matter what you did ‘wrong’ in the past, no matter how far from truth you were, be open and honest from now on and the slate will be made clear for you today. Nothing need stop you from opening to the divinity and the truth that is available outside of time in the stillness of now.
Take your chance as if this very moment here was your last and nothing more existed. Look at it deeply and you will see your whole life reflected in this rainbow of moments and chances. Who watches time has no time. That timeless one is the only ‘I’ that is possible for you to be.
Beyond all riddles and words is just a star of peace resting in the Lord. Lift the suppression of constant distraction and see the truth of this for yourself. Move your awareness sideways to another point where the ‘I’ that is ‘me’ is unknowing of details – is free of all worry, responsibilities and of name.
Where ‘I’ = Peace. Where ‘me’ is the light who never did wrong and all that has come is perfect and pure. From here, do one thing that makes grace emerge and love all of life to be and just be.
Which Path Are You Walking?
Wednesday, January 14th, 2009This article is by Mike George, a friend and best-selling author from the UK. You can subscribe to his articles at the bottom of the page. Enjoy! ; )
———————————-
Are you walking the right path? Some say there is a pathway through life that will take you to the right destination. Some call it a spiritual path based on self-realisation. Others see it as a religious path based on faith, and yet others say it is just a human path based on right values. Path in this sense implies there will be an arrival, a destination that is defined by the reward of freedom, happiness and goodness, and the recognition that you walked the ‘right’ path, i.e. you lived your life the ‘right’ way.
And then there are some who say there is only ‘one’ right path. It’s their way or no way! They spend much time in attempting to convince others to follow in their footsteps, otherwise, they say, “There will be trouble ahead”! And then there are those who say life has no path. They believe that ‘real’ life is simply living from day to day and from moment to moment. They say that life happens in a pathless land, so forget all about ‘finding your path’ and just get on with it…they say!
And then there are those who say that we are here to carve our own path, plow our own furrow, and, like the white water behind a boat, we leave our own unique wake. They are convinced there is no one right way, just the way you ‘create’ as you go. This ‘can’ sound ‘righter’ than the others, as it seems to honour the two callings or imperatives already present within us all. First our creative capacity, whereby true creativity is based on how we live our life, which means how we respond to people and situations around us. The second is an innate awareness of what is true, of how to act and how to create the right actions in alignment with our truth. And when we act in alignment with our truth then the way forward opens up smoothly and we are in harmony with ourselves and with the world around us. Sometimes this is called ‘flow’. When we act against the current of what is true then there is a ‘jarring,’ an awkwardness, things do not proceed smoothly, and we ‘feel’ something is not quite right.
The reality for most of us is that our day-to-day lives are filled with moments of discomfort at some level. We see obstacles in our way, have stressful feelings and occasional, if not frequent, waves of negative thoughts. These are signs that indicate we are not creating our way forward in the right direction or in the best way. It means our creativity is either distorted, disabled, deluded or disconnected from our truth. We are not responding with wisdom to the world around us. It also means we are most likely to be creating and walking the Path of the Slave. It is a common path that has seven essential steps, not necessarily always in this order, and not always all in the same day. See if this path is familiar to you. In essence, it goes something like this.
Something or someone gets your ATTENTION. You become ATTRACTED and go towards the object/person of attraction. You then lose your self in the person/object, which means you are ABSORBED. This seems nice at the time, it seems normal as you enjoy the stimulated pleasure of the object/person, but it also means you are becoming ATTACHED. This will be signaled by a craving/desire for more! Some time later if something happens to the object/person, or access is denied, you become AGITATED with emotion. But instead of seeing the emotion as a signal that you are on the wrong path, you become ADDICTED to it and crave more of the objects/persons. And that means that at some stage you will have to ATONE, which simply means ‘pay the price’ for your attachment/addiction.
This is not only the Path of the Slave, you may also recognize it as the way to all suffering, whatever form the suffering may take. As you explore each step a little more closely you may also begin to see the nature of your miscreation.
ATTENTION
As a conscious being you have the capacity to focus and ‘concentrate’ your attention at all times. When you allow your attention, which is essentially your self, to be distracted, you are not exercising your ‘power of concentration’, you are not aligned to the truth that it’s your job to focus your attention. This is why a loss of concentration is a signal for mental discomfort. The first and recurring choice throughout day-to-day living is what you give your attention to. Where your attention goes your energy flows. And today it seems our attention is easily ‘pulled’ and impressed by the world and its objects. Our attention is up for sale and we allow ourselves to be bribed. We ‘pay’ with our attention and as a result don’t pay attention to the quality of what we attend to. We are easily led. Modern technology is screaming for us to attend to it, and it’s multi-media messages. Lesson: If you want to maintain conscious choice in your life, strengthen your ability to concentrate and focus your attention.
ATTRACTION
As a conscious being, you are first and foremost an ‘attractor’. You are at your most ‘attractive’ when you are not attracted by anything or anyone. Being constantly attracted usually means you are suppressing your own self-esteem. It’s as if you are bowing down to something/someone outside your self and saying ‘I am less than that’ or ‘I need that to make me more attractive to others’. Lesson: If you want to build and maintain your self-esteem, then practice not being attracted to and not being impressed by things and people. At the very least, ask your self what is it about the object of attraction that seems to fill a neediness in me?
ABSORPTION
As a conscious self-aware self, when you are in your highest and truest state you know and feel your self to be whole and complete. This feeling and ‘knowingness’ disappears when you allow your consciousness to be absorbed in or by something or someone. When we become absorbed in anything we feel overpowered, sometimes overwhelmed, and eventually we may realise we only disempower our self. Lesson: If you don’t want to lose your power, don’t lose your self in anything or any one. That doesn’t mean you stop ‘caring’. Quite the opposite, when not absorbed you will be free and therefore able to discern and offer the most appropriate form of care.
ATTACHMENT
When we constantly allow our self to lose our self in others, in objects or in situations, we are initiating and creating an attachment. The original and true state of the self is freedom. You are a free spirit by nature and so it is unnatural not to be free! And real freedom at this inner level, what some call the spiritual level; means there is no attachment to anything or anyone. Attachment means the self is ‘trapped’ in the object of attachment and that is where happiness is lost and all fear originates. Lesson: If you want to maintain your freedom don’t get attached to anyone or anything. If you don’t want to lose your true happiness or contentment, don’t get attached. If you want to be free of fear it’s a good idea not to be attached. Not so easy after a lifetime of… attaching!
AGITATION
The consequence of any attachment to any thing will be some kind of inner disturbance or agitation. This is simply because attachment will ‘always’ result in one of three families of emotion – sadness, anger or fear. The true nature of the self is peace. To be agitated is the sign you are out of alignment with your true nature. All emotion is agitation so all emotion is a signal you are out of alignment with the true you. Lesson: If you want to be free of suffering, and therefore at peace with your self and the world, don’t express or suppress whatever emotion arises. Transform the emotion by first observing it, seeing the internal cause of the emotion and then detaching from both the emotion and the cause. This process is sometimes referred to as meditation!
ADDICTION
Even though the emotion/agitation is not comfortable we will still become addicted to it, as it seems to be ‘enlivening’. We may even become addicted to a ‘deadening’ state such as sadness and depression. And eventually we will become dependent on what triggers these states and then to the states themselves. As a spiritual being you can only be truly, sustainably happy, which means content, when you are not dependent on anyone or anything. Any dependency at any level sets up cravings and desires, which are simply signals that you are compromising your true state. Lesson: Watch out for your cravings, see the addiction/dependency behind them, and experiment with letting go or doing without for progressively longer periods.
ATONEMENT
The true state of every human being, which means every point of consciousness, is to be whole, complete and ‘one’. It is a state of consciousness in which there is no sense of fragmentation within the self, there is no confusion about identity, no desire to subtract anything from the self or to add anything to the self. The Path of the Slave is the journey away from this inner natural state. Atonement means a return to this awareness of one’s own oneness, to be ‘at one ment’…again! It is a deep inner state of your being that can never be lost or changed, only temporarily lost to your awareness. Lesson: If you want to feel whole and complete, remind yourself you do not need to acquire anything from anyone to be content with your life. Find ways to give of your self unconditionally without wanting in return. In time, you may see you already have, you already are, all that you can be.
But, as always, it’s only possible to ‘not’ walk what could be called the Path of the Slave when you realize you are the one who is actually creating it. In other words don’t believe a word you have just read. Go within, watch carefully, observe accurately, and see for your self. Then you will know beyond belief. And the power of knowing the truth that it’s you and not someone else that is creating your path may be the beginning of your journey along the Path of the Master. One thing you will see for sure is that the real path, the true path, is within.
Question: Which of the above steps did you recognize in your self most strongly?
Reflection: What is the most frequently occurring form of agitation (emotion) in your average day and what is the attachment behind it?
Action: If this is the Path of the Slave what might the Path of the Master look like?

Past is Past – stop wasting your time!
Monday, January 12th, 2009Today, I have experienced a number of situations where the past was discussed, analyzed to death and regurgitated in some weird way in an attempt to achieve some solace. Generally when this happens, I feel trapped in what I consider to be a pointless and meaningless conversation – where my time is being wasted and where nothing is really being resolved because behind the conversation is a desire for some form of clarity and peace – which cannot be found in the past – only in the now.
When we think about the past – we are not living in the fullness of NOW, which is the only chance and only place we have to experience the fullness of life. After all, past IS past, and it is fixed like a record. No matter how much we talk about it, it will not change the actual events.
So many people waste their precious lives focusing upon what they DON’T want and what went wrong, rather than making use of the energy they do have to invest into what they DO want and how to get there and experience it.
Looking, speaking and thinking of others or the past is a classic way to distract ourselves from the power we have available to us now – the power to manifest a new reality around us. Even if a situation is bleak, there is still more benefit on focusing on the grace of life, the eternal spiritual light that we are, here and now, than it is to spend our time and thoughts in complaining about others or the world around us.
Most of the time, we actually have a choice of what we say, where we go and what we do… but our own limited thinking and old patterns of behavior trap us in dysfunctional, pointless cycles of regurgitating past events, blaming others, playing victim, etc. rather than being 100% clear on: 1. Who am I? and 2. What do I have to do?
Total focus on the real answers to these two powerful questions can cut through years of distorted behavioral patterns and allow us to move into new experiences of grace. By being true to ourselves, and doing what we really need to do – we will bring maximum benefit not only to ourselves, but to all those around us. See the truth of this in your own life.
Lack of honesty with ourselves and poor communication with others cause so much wasted time and energy which is a drain on everyone. Knowing our own truth, our life’s mission and being able to clearly communicate that with others is both empowering and effective. If others know what we are about and where we stand in relation to them and their life, they will act accordingly and not waste their or our time in assumptions and projections. Clarity is a real power.
The human condition, among other things, is one of confusion, ignorance and lack of truth. Is it at all surprising that we are in such a mess, plagued with dept, conflict and unrest?
No matter what our situation, it will always come back to the same fundamental things:
Who am I? What am I doing NOW? What is my purpose? Where is my energy going? What is true for me now? Scarcely a handful of people can answer these basic questions with a clean and clear heart. But if we fail to ask them again and again, our time will be squandered in wasteful nonsense that leads everyone involved down into more and more confusion and further away from the source of true pleasure.
Past is past. Even if we can learn from the past, it is maybe better to forget the past all together and focus on the highest path of action. Action that is inspired from a state of grace. Actions that fall from us in the silent stillness of peace.
The time for spinning in what is fixed and done is now over. The time is no longer able to tolerate this kind of wasteful investment. We need to stop more, be more present, more clear and focused. Not allow ourselves to move away from our center point where we are at peace.
Stay in that divine flow. Stop and check that the flow is smooth and disrupted by useless distractions. What can be more precious than the wonder of life itself and following our true destiny?
In the end, we are left with only one choice. Am I being true to myself or not?
Looking back on our life, this will be the only thing of any significance while the rest will be dismissed as empty shells of wasteful sorrow and nothing more. What is pettiness in the face of eternity?
What are we going to do from today onward that will leave us with the fragrance of true satisfaction we so deeply desire?
What does this year hold for YOU?
Monday, January 5th, 2009Only YOU can live your destiny. Only you will be able to live the life that is true to you. And only you know the answers about what you need to do with your life – and what you need to stop doing. Only you know what makes you weak and what makes you strong.
Your life is in your own hands alone – and the more you take hold your yourself, the more fulfilled you will be – the more magic will prevail in your experience and the more joy will sing in your heart!
If you don’t know the answers to these questions below, then you are very likely to be wasting your precious time and your precious life. Please don’t let that happen: You are too important to waste away like the rest of the sheeple. You have your own destiny and your own gifts to give to the world, so let yourself shine brightly and enjoy all that life offers from NOW…
These simple questions will get you on track and help you start living in alignment with your highest destiny from today and on into the rest of your life….
What you will need
• Pen and paper
• 1 hour of uninterrupted time to relax and go deep
• Interest in making 2009 the best year ever
• Optional: Some music to relax and let go… to take you deeper on your journey
• Optional: A candle or some kind of fire to burn the things you want to let go of (be careful)
——————————–
Make 2009 The Best Year Ever!
1. Reflection of 2008
Learn from the past. This part allows you to see what happened and how to take this year to the next level.
Before you begin any of these exercises, make sure you are peaceful & relaxed and just write down exactly what comes to your mind. Don’t analyze, just write it down.
See the whole of 2008 before you – meditate on the highs and lows of the year, feel it, see it, explore it…
• In 2008 what 20% of my time brought me maximum happiness, success and fulfillment?
• In 2008 what 20% of my time brought me most stress, unhappiness, waste and discontentment?
• What 3 things did I achieve/manifest that I am happy about in 2008?
• What 3 things do you wish you had done in 2008?
• What are your 3 main lessons in 2008?
• What 3 things do I want to let go of (thoughts, actions, people etc) that will allow me to live my dreams in 2009?
Reflection: Look at your answers.
Underline the MAIN 3 things that have held you back.
Underline the MAIN 3 things that have made you feel great!
————————————————
2. Finish 2008 – let go of the old!
Look at your list. Now, on a separate piece of paper, write down 3 things about yourself or your life that you want to let go of. Realise how much these things are trapping you and how good it will feel to be free from them.
(if you can, physically burn that piece of paper – watch it turn to ash….let it go…)
Reflection:
How will my life feel now these are gone?
What new opportunities are available for me now I have this new freedom?
PAST IS PAST. TOTAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE YEAR AS GETTING YOU WHERE YOU ARE TODAY.
NOW USE 2009 IN A WORTHWHILE WAY.
————————————————
3. NEW VISION for 2009
On a new sheet of paper write the answers to the following: This is your new vision, T´this is the life you want to live, this is what your were born for. Get ready to ground your new vision and allow it to land in your life.
Remember to be relaxed, open and receptive to the answers.
THINK BIG – ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
• Based on 2008 experience, What 3 (or more) things do you WANT TO
DO
BE
HAVE
In 2009?
(Dream big…)
• What 20% activities do you have to do to bring you the experience you want?
(Most important /critical things for your success)
• Based on 2008 experience, What 3 things (or more) do you HAVE TO AVOID/REMOVE IN 2009?
• What 20% activities do you have to avoid to bring you the experience you want?
(Most important /critical things for your success)
Reflection:
If ALL you did in 2009 was the things on the list (BE,DO) would you be happy)?
How will you overcome your weaknesses and things that stop you from being who you were born to be?
————————————————
4. PRACTICAL PLAN
BEST DAY EVER = BEST YEAR EVER!
To live the best year ever, we need to live 365 best days ever
and every moment of every day needs to be the best ever…
Make use of all you have learned to create the best day ever – starting NOW!!!
VISION for your ideal day…
(Be unlimited and also practical about you situation as it is today)
Morning Program
- In your ideal morning, what activities would you do to give you power / happiness / joy?
Afternoon
- In your ideal afternoon, what activities would you do to What gives you power / happiness / joy?
Evening
- In your ideal evening, what activities would you do to What gives you power / happiness / joy?
Reflection:
If all you did with your day was the things on this list, would you be totally fulfilled?
Action:
Underline the 20% on the list that you can do NOW – and make sure you start this from tomorrow!
Take all your answers and create a ‘vision board’. Put all the answers (about what you want to do – not what you want to avoid) on the board and add images to match. Look at this morning and evening and feel it.
Make sure you DO the things that you need to do and STOP the ones that harm you.
Only you can do this – so have the love for yourself to get on with it from now. Inspire others to do the same and this will in turn help you to do it yourself.
Take care and enjoy the best year ever!
Change Your Life: Free Meditation Timer
Thursday, December 11th, 2008I have to say that to maintain a state of constant ease and grace, nothing compares to stopping and taking a step back into eternity on a regular basis.
After over 10 years of spiritual practice, I have come to realize that life is a moment to moment experience, a second by second awareness and nothing helps me maintain a high state of consciousness better than regular breaks where I can settle back into peace.
For this, the most effective thing I have found (since I spend a considerable amount of time on the computer) is to have a ‘meditation timer’ going off regularly – reminding me to stop and consider the deeper things in life…
I have included the links here for you to download this free software yourself. Personally, I found every 20 minutes is an ideal interval between bells, as I can see how much I am aware of the more unlimited aspects of life during that period and it also allows me to see how productive I have been.
A huge fan of the 80/20 principle I love to make sure my time is actually spent in a worthwhile way both in terms of feeling wonderful at every moment (main priority) and also getting tasks done with ease, grace and total efficiency.
By having a nice Tibetan bowl sound every 20 minutes, I am able to remain in the zone, have consistently wonderful days and produce high quality, powerful and enjoyable work.
When I forget to turn on the timer for whatever reason, I find my day is comparatively wasted and considerably less enjoyable. The difference is of day and night.
If you would like to try this practice for yourself, download some of this FREE software below. You can, of course, use it as an actual meditation timer – which is what it was originally designed for!
FOR MAC

You may find that every hour works better for you or whatever. Try it and find out for yourself.
Take it to the next level
Another powerful tool that takes this practice to the next level is to listen to some beautiful 60 second meditations every hour. This is a project I was involved with in 2006 and I can’t recommend it enough. There are 20 1-minute meditations that you can put on your ipod or computer and play them every hour.
If you have an ipod, you can create alarms so they play automatically. It’s a bit fiddly, but it’s worth it if you’re a bit tech savvy. It’s a beautiful experience to glide effortlessly into sweet meditation without doing anything…
You can download these powerful meditations below for free. Enjoy
